Project No. A-014363REB Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a fitness / recreation centre in Great Bend, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation centre for the demolition of a fitness / recreation centre for the construction of a fitness / recreation centre and for site work for a fitness / recreation centre The Director, Procurement and Contracts reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all technicalities should such action be deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Kansas. Each bid submitted in connection with this Project shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without condition to the State of Kansas. An annual bid bond on file with the Director, Procurement and Contracts, may be acceptable for this transaction providing it is equal to or greater than five percent (5%) of the base bid and is payable without condition to the State of Kansas.
