Water Main Lining Services

Village of Berkeley is soliciting requests for proposals for Water Main Lining Services located along Taft Avenue from Electric Avenue on the north to Butterfield Road on the south, the water main runs along the west side curb line. The purpose of this transmittal is to invite you to submit a proposal on the project and provide you with the necessary instructions, specifications and reply forms. Questions should be submitted to Joe Wagner at jwagner@berkeley.il.us.com no later than 12 p.m. on March 16, 2023. Questions after this date or those submitted verbally will not be answered. Responses should address each individual section in the attached RFP, and should clearly identify the ability to meet each requirement. Responses should be detailed, yet concise, and allow for reasonable assessments regarding system capabilities. Included are the "General Conditions & Instructions to Contractors", a "Vendor Information Sheet" and Proposal Reply Sheets with each should be completed in detail, signed, and submitted with the proposal. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and to accept that proposal which is considered to be in the best interests of the Village.
