Bids must include a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, all posted through the PennBid program. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Project Location: Eleven (11) concrete ADA Ramps at: East 8th Street and Bitting Alley (2 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps); East 6th Street and Adams Street (2 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps); East 5th Street and Adams Street (1 ADA Concrete Curb Ramp); Adams Street and Trump Alley (4 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps); Wexford Road and Stonehaven Drive (2 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps) a. Provide all materials and labor necessary for the removal and replacement of eleven (11) concrete ADA Ramps at: East 8th Street and Bitting Alley (2 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps); East 6th Street and Adams Street (2 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps); East 5th Street and Adams Street (1 ADA Concrete Curb Ramp); Adams Street and Trump Alley (4 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps); Wexford Road and Stonehaven Drive (2 ADA Concrete Curb Ramps). This includes any accessory materials and all other work indicated for the Borough of Red Hill 2022 Streets Program - ADA Curb Ramp project in accordance with the drawings and specifications, dated, August 2022.
