It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to see that their Bid is delivered to the Office of the County Manager by the date and time set for the Bid Request. If the mail or delivery of said Bid Request is delayed beyond the Opening Date and Time, Bids thus delayed will not be considered. A public opening will be held, and any Bidder or their authorized representative is invited to attend. No Pre-Bid Conference to be held. Mailed Bids should be addressed to the Office of the County Manager at 230 North 3rd Street, Raton, New Mexico 87740 , with the envelope marked: Fire Station Fill Stations, on the lower left-hand corner of the submitted envelope. Colfax County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids submitted.
