Re-Bid Downtown Parking Lots Phase 2 WORK SUMMARY The City of Plano (hereinafter referred to as "City") requires improvements under this contract for the following: Construction of concrete driveway, alley and sidewalk paving, barrier free ramps, lighting and landscaping. The location of this project is Plano Municipal Center, 14th Street at J Place and the DART Parker Road Station in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. CONTRACT TIME This project has 75 working days allowed for TOTAL completion, Monday- Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. IMPORTANT: The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $500.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 115% Payment Bond: 100%
