Description

The project will be bid as one project; however, it will constructed as two phases. Phase 1 (floors 4-5 plus required work above ceiling on 3rd floor) will begin Summer 2022, Phase 2 (floors 1-3) will begin Summer 2023. Replace plumbing pipes and fixtures, lighting and diffusers throughout. Replace rooftop exhaust uni. Replace bathroom partitions, install new ACT ceiling, and coat tile resinous/epoxy sealer. Demolition and reconstruction of some CMU shaft walls will be required.
