City Buildings Re-Roof

The purpose of this bid is to remove and replace roofs on four buildings. Some of the buildings are fully occupied at all times, it is up to the contractor ensure that the building is kept dry at all times. There are a total of four areas. Building - 1, City Hall, is an asphalt roof, Building - 2, Police Department, is a shingle roof. Building -3 & 4 are metal roofs. Building -3 The proposal shall include the following: - Install one (1) layer 1 1/4 inch EPS flute fill insulation directly over the existing R-panels. - Install one (1) layer of 1/2 inch HD Isogard (or equivalent) cover board mechanically attaching through all to the metal panels and purlins. - Install a 60 mil single ply, UltraPly TPO InvesiWeld System (or equivalent) with all laps heat welded. - The roof membrane shall be electromagnetically welded to plates secured to the steel purlins. - Vendor shall remove all existing gutter, rake, and down spouts. - Install new wood blocking at the perimeter edges to allow for new insulation heights For Re-roofing of City Buildings 9.
