Description

Center at the Heights (CATH) Space Utilization Study Prepare a Feasibility Study including feasibility design and cost estimates, for studying the programing, and potential upgrades to the existing CATH building. Cost Est., Acoustical Eng.,MEP, Fire Protection, Tech/Security/Tel/Data The Selected Designer will be eligible for future detailed design work on the project. The Town of Needham reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to accept any proposal that it considers to be in the best interests of the Town.
