The North Broad Street Vision Zero Priority Corridor project will install raised full medians on Broad Street from Poplar Street to Cecil B. Moore Avenue to prevent the illegal mid-block turns. At select intersections, the concrete medians will be extended towards the intersection to channelize the turning movements.
