2022 Pavement Improvement Project

Harlem Consolidated School District 122 2022 Pavement Improvement Project Bids are invited from Qualified General Contractors or Paving Contractors. The work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of existing pavement at playgrounds at Olson Park and Windsor Elementary Schools, connect or tie-in existing downspouts at Olson Park Elementary School and remove and replace any deteriorated sidewalks at Windsor Elementary School. Refer to the Project Manual, Specifications and the Working Drawings for the full extent of the Work that will be required. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. The General or Paving Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers and workmen performing work under this contract and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The District Office. Bidders are invited to be present at the bid opening. A PreBid Conference is not scheduled. The bidding documents will be available at no cost to the Contractor.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
