Window Cleaning and Other Building Service

Window cleaning and other building services at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. The Contractor shall perform cleaning for the following: a. The main hospital building consisting of four (4) floors b. Interior patios and balconies c. Sky lights d. Hand railings on balconies and sky lights shall be wiped down to remove bird droppings e. Building 1 Main Hospital f. Building 20 Outpatient Pharmacy g. Building 29 New Eye Clinic h. Building 30 Audiology Building i. Building 31 Cancer Center j. Building 32 Mental Health Building (Valor) k. All bus stop enclosures on Benton Street near Barton Road. l. All blue trim panels on building which cover the air handler units. No pressurized liquids or highpressure air shall be used for cleaning these panels. m. All painted ventilation louvres and painted doors on the west wall outside of Facility Management Service room MD-06 to include removal of soil and debris and application of suitable preservation product.
