Taxiway D Reconstruction Project

The scope of work being considered is: o Full-depth reconstruction of existing Taxiway D and adjacent Apron (~4,650 SY); o Construction of pavement underdrains for the taxiway and apron; o Installation of elevated reflectors for the taxiway and apron; o Installation of pavement markings for the taxiway and apron; and o Miscellaneous site grading to accommodate the work. This contract will be funded, in part, by grants from the Federal Aviation Administration and the State of Oregon. As such, it will be subject to federal and state requirements. These include, but are not limited to o Buy American Preferences; o Foreign Trade Restrictions; o Prevailing Wage Rates. All labor shall be paid no less than the minimum wage rates established by the US Secretary of Labor (Davis Bacon) or the State of Oregon (BOLI) whichever is greater. o Affirmative Action Requirements; o Government wide Debarment and Suspension Provisions; and o Government wide Requirements for Drug-free workplace.
