The Project involves the expansion of the existing prefabricated metal building "garage" portion of the building; expansion of the existing locker room; construction of a new wood framed "Duty Room"; architectural improvements including new roll-up garage doors, internal door and flooring; regrading and repaving the driveway to the south of the building; recoating of the building exterior; replacement of existing heating, ventilation, and air conditions (HVAC) equipment; and replacement of power distribution and internal lighting systems.
