Paving Improvements to Serve Trailstone - Phase 4

Horton - Texas, LTD. acting on behalf of Caddo Mills Municipal Management District No. 1 For the construction of Paving Improvements to serve Trailstone, Phase 4, City of Caddo Mills ETJ, Hunt County, Texas Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 29,244 SY of 6" - 3600 psi concrete pavement on 31,016 SY of 7" lime stabilized subgrade, approximately 200 SY of asphalt, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and City of Caddo Mills ETJ specifications, to serve 163 lots on approximately 53.6 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 36 & F.M. 1903 in City of Caddo Mills ETJ, Hunt County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
