The 87,360 SF one-story building consists mostly of lab and office space. Included in the total square feet is an 17,150 SF warehouse which is currently being used as temporary COVID receiving and distribution center. The CDC Grant Remodeling project includes approximately 20,500 SF of lab and office space; about equally divided. This includes areas currently occupied as labs and offices as well as unfinished warehouse space.
