Construction of the East Fallowfield Stream Crossing Replacement and Drainage Improvement Project

This contract consists of the installation of two stream culvert pipes that will be placed with streambed material and stream banks through the structures, reconstruct approximately 180 ft of streambank stabilization, install 140 LF of HDPE pipe (with headwalls and endwalls), install 842 LF of underdrain, install 842 LF of tile drain (solid pipe), place, compact and reconstruct approximately 620 ft of outsloped shale road fill, reconstruct approximately 830 ft of road surface on top of the shale road fill. The Contract is located on McMasters Road within East Fallowfield Township, Crawford County. McMaster Road begins at the intersection of Laird Road and ends at the intersection of Atlantic Road near Atlantic, PA. The project location begins approximately 700 feet south of the intersection of McMasters Road and Laird Road and continues for 1,250 feet, terminating approximately 75 feet south of the stream crossing.
