Description	A Formal Dam Inspection is to be conducted for Commission-owned dams during Calendar Year 2020. Per N.J.A.C. 7:20, Formal Inspection means “the inspection by a New Jersey Licensed Professional Engineer to re-evaluate the safety and integrity of the dam and appurtenant structures to determine if the structure meets current design criteria, including a field inspection and a review of the records or project design, construction and performance.” The Commission anticipates that the inspection of the dams shall take approximately four (4) business days.
