Description

The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of HVAC units, replacement of existing pneumatic controls with Direct Digital Controls (DDC) with additional maintenance of HVAC systems, replacement of air compressor at existing air compressor system, and replacement of existing boiler flue vents and ductwork as shown in documents. Limited areas of removal and replacement of interior finishes and lighting, painting and replacement of existing sprinkler heads with concealed sprinkler heads is included. A Bid Bond is required.
