Description

The City seeks a qualified contractor to complete public facility improvements at the St. Vincent de Paul building and parking area. Work includes installation of code compliant and ADA accessible ramps. All items included in the scope must be considered in the contractor's bid submission. Contractors shall reference the accompanying design plans in Appendix B for additional detail on each scope of work item. The design plan reference is indicated by the number preceding the Scope of Work item.
