Description

All bidders are required to sign a certification that they will comply with all Federal and State nondiscrimination laws and regulations. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance bond as well as labor and material bond. A certified check or bidders bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal, which in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
