Major items of work include: Base, pave, lighting and striping for new apron and taxiway. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC, located at 1906 E. Three Notch Street, Andalusia, Alabama 36421,Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a one-time administrative fee of $20 for digital access/file sharing access and/or payment of $50 for each printed set. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $50,000. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the Florala Municipal Airport Authority. Bids may be held by the Florala Municipa Airport Authority for a period not to exceed one-hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
