Description

The scope of work includes the renovation of approximately 8,700 square feet of space at the Marinette campus facility. This includes the demolition of most existing walls in the space and building back (8) classrooms, (2) conference rooms, an office, kitchenette, and open collaborative space. This portion of the project also includes the relocation of the data closet in that area. At the NCMMTC, the scope includes the renovation of approximately 1,400 square feet of space, inclusive of demolition and build back of (6) offices, (2) open office areas, and a conference room.
