2022/2023 River Pump Station 1 and River Pump Station 2 Electrical Improvements Project

Franklin County Irrigation District No. 1 Franklin County Irrigation District No. 1 (F.C.I.D.) invites bids for their 2022/2023 River Pump Station 1 and River Pump Station 2 Electrical Improvements Project. The work involves the installation of three variable frequency drives and five electronic soft starters, appurtenant electrical equipment, installation of two vertical turbine pumps and three vertical electric motors, existing building modifications, a CMU building addition, roofing and HVAC improvements. River Station 1 is located immediately southwest of the intersection of Road 111 and Court Street. River Station 2 is located southwest of the intersection of Road 54 and Sylvester Street. Both sites are in Pasco, Washington. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to F.C.I.D., in the amount not less than of the Total Bid Price. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: TRI-CITY CONSTRUCTION COUNCIL, INC., Kennewick, Washington. FRANKLIN COUNTY IRRIGATION DISTRICT, 4320 Road 111, Pasco, Washington. Bids will only be accepted from those Contractors who are on the Planholders list. Only those Bidders requesting documents from J-U-B Engineers will be added to the Planholders list. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and to reject any and all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any Bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the Contract cannot be awarded within the specified period; the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and Bidder.
