Monthly Maintenance, Repair Service, and Equipment Replacement for Central Library Mechanical System

The intent of this contract is to remove any and all maintenance, repair, service and replacement responsibilities for the entire HVAC system in the Central Library from The Free Library as well as the other systems.The successful seller shall provide to the Central Library all parts, labor, materials and services required to repair, replace or maintain any equipment or system mentioned in the section titled "Covered Equipment and Systems." Some equipment and or systems are now in a deteriorated condition and immediate repairs or replacement will be required. During the life of this contract some equipment, including major items specifically including, but not limited to, air handling units, pumps and motors, ATC printed circuit boards and controllers. etc. may fail beyond repair.
