Description TEMPLE BLDG 202 DISH MACHINE Turnkey job that will require removal and demolition of existing equipment and all installation and hook-ups of new equipment, including any repairs needed to floor or walls as a result of the demolition/installation. It is turnkey but not limited to connection of all utility lines, breaker, and piping associated with the new machine and scrapping station. LOW-ENERGY FLIGHT TYPE DISH MACHINE WITH STEAM AND BLOWER DYER a. 1-year parts and labor warranty b. Water usage 58 gallons per hour c. digital controls with machine diagnostics d. low temperature alert e. start and stop switch at both ends f. doors open indicator g. drain open indicator h. 3 1/2 H. P. prewash, power wash, and power rinse pump motors i. Capless auto clean wash arms j. removable stainless-steel scrap pans and baskets k. 30" wide conveyor belt l. dual rinse m. auto clean n. auto delime o. front and rear panels p. variable speed conveyor q. steam booster heater r. steam blower dryer s. right to left operation with right side being nearest existing pulper. t. automatic soil removal system u. 480/60/3 phase. ADDITIONAL ITEMS a. Upgrade the water softening system and piping to support the dish machine. b. Repair any damage to floors, walls, and ceilings that occurs during demolition or installation. c. Must have a commercial kitchen equipment business that has operated continuously for the past five (5) years and have accomplished similar work in the removal and installation of dish machine and scrapping station units for a minimum of three (3) years.
