Leaky Basement Window: Seal off the water on the sidewalk, from draining into the basement window on South side of the house, just to the East of the side-entry stoop. C V 2 East - Gutters and Downspouts: Replace gutters and downspouts at the rear of the house (leaking, and rusty). Install downspouts and terminate as already configured. Discharge any drainage well into the yard with aluminum extensions (NOT flexible). CV, Pb 3 Vinyl Replacement Windows: Replace the following wood sash windows, which are rotten, cracked, and in disrepair with vinyl replacement window; A.) First floor street facing windows. Configure the picture window opening, per owner direction. And, B.) Replace four existing second floor wood sash windows. Install color-matched sealant at all window edges. Install interior trim work as necessary. Install exterior window wraps per work item #4. CV, Pb 4 Window Trim Wraps: Cover all exposed wood at exterior window jambs with prefinished sheet metal, and color-matched caulking. CV, Pb 5 Exterior Trim Painting: Scrape off all loose paint, then prep and repaint the exterior door and decorative trim work. Paint the inside faces of the door jambs, between the storms and main doors. Note: Between this work item and work item #4, all exterior woodwork shall be wrapped or covered
