| Description | The items of work under Contract No. 1 include, but are not necessarily limited to the following Contract No. 1A - General Construction: This work shall include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the Roof Replacement Project and the associated work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications. The construction includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing roof ballast system from the existing membrane roofing to remain in place, installation of a new fully adhered tapered foam board polyisocyanurate insulation directly over the existing roof membrane system, and fully adhered EPDM roofing system. The Village of Herkimer is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of one built up roof (BUR) system for the Frank J. Basloe Library located at 245 N. Main Street Herkimer, NY 13350. The Village of Herkimer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids should be clearly marked on the outside of envelope. |
