Water heater and mixing valve replacement 5. Replace exhaust fans D. Electrical items 1. Replace switchgear, electrical panels, and switch boards 2. End of life cycle transformer replacement 3. Lighting – Site lighting replacement, interior fixture replacement 4. Generator replacement E. Provide design and process permits for all required tasks F. In-depth cost accounting and County Program Database Management
