Interior and Exterior Repairs

Water leak from outside through opening below upper window caused damage to ledge that is approximately 40 feet from the ground floor in our lobby. Damage is mainly but not limited to the ledge. Work needed is repair ledge, seal below window (possibly inside and out); search and abate any mold due to the leak; possible drywall repair on main wall depending on extent of damage; possible new insulation depending on extent of damage.
