| Description | This specification will cover the installation of crack sealing material to the roads of the Hemlock Farms Association. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all labor, material and equipment to clean and seal all cracks as directed by the Director of Public Works or his designate. This work shall include the removal of all debris and vegetation within the cracks prior to placing any crack scaling material. In addition, the contractor will provide traffic control measures to allow motorists and pedestrians alike safe passage through the areas under repair.
