Complete renovation of an existing (5) five-story 70,000 sf classroom building, including a 2,500 sf (5) five-story elevator tower addition, regrading of the surrounding site, and the addition of new patios, sidewalks, site retaining walls, and landscaping. Selective demolition package will include abatement of any existing hazardous materials. This project is NOT seeking LEED certification.
