As of March 30, 2023, this project was awarded to Allied Plumbing & Pumps LLC dba Allied Trenchless in the amount of $684,550.20. Project Location: The work is located at various locations on Cooper Point Road NW, Crosby Road SW, Karen Frasier Woodland Trail, Martin Way West, State Avenue, and Chestnut Street. Project Description: The project consists of rehabilitating sewer collection pipe segments and manholes. Engineer's Estimate: $693,000 to $885,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. LOTT invites minority and women-owned businesses to submit bids. As necessary, responses to questions will be made available to all bidders via addenda.
