Pursuant to the provisions in the Arizona procurement rules and code, Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. seeks bids to establish contracts for Building Signage and Outdoor Marquees. This solicitation consists of instructions to bidders, scope of work, specifications, evaluation requirements, special terms and conditions, general terms and conditions, standard terms and conditions for construction, pricing workbook, award criteria, bid and acceptance form, and form of contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire contents of this solicitation prior to submitting a bid. Failure to examine any of the requirements will be at the bidders sole risk.
