Pump Station Door Replacement

Work as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein consists of furnishing all labor and materials for the complete construction of all work required for the CCMUA Compost Sludge Storage Building Slab Repair. B. Work Includes: Contract shall incorporate all of the labor and materials required for a totally complete project as indicated on the Drawings and as enumerated in the Project Manual, including but limited to 1. Selective demolition work 2. Concrete damage identification 3. Reinforcing steel layout and prep C. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Project consists of Door Replacements at Multiple Pump Stations for the CCMUA located throughout Camden County, New Jersey. Door Replacement includes the removal of existing hinged single and double exterior doors including the frames. The existing openings shall be prepared for the installation of new Fiberglass Resin frames with Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) doors and new hardware. The existing alarm connections and egress signage shall be removed and reinstalled. Mechanical exhaust fans shall be disconnected and reinstalled with new exterior louvers.
