Vegetation Management and Stewardship Services Phase I

The work includes furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide vegetation management and stewardship services to existing revegetation projects. The work includes: creating project management and planting plans, scheduling and implementing treatments (such as herbicide application for weed management or planting), sourcing and procuring project materials, coordinating work with District as needed, and reporting on work done. Prior to beginning work, Contractor will prepare and submit a detailed Project Management Plan (Plan) by project site, using the template provided in Exhibit A(1), Section 1. Work will begin after District has approved the Plan. Work will be done according to the Plan. As conditions on the Project change, the Plan will be updated by Contractor to reflect these changes. If the Plan is updated, it must be approved by District prior to implementation. An electronic version of the Exhibit A(1) will be provided to the Contractor and Plans for each site will be submitted electronically to District.
