Music Practice Rooms and Anthropology Lab Renovations-General

In general the work consists of the renovation of Music Department Practice rooms to comply with contemporary music education acoustical standards. All existing non-bearing masonry and drywall partitions are to be removed. The new Music Department practice rooms should be constructed to reduce the overall count of practice rooms with improved room proportions and finishes that improves the acoustic environment within the room. In addition, the 6,867 SF of space will maintain acoustic isolation between all practice rooms. The Mechanical and Electrical portion of the work will tie into the existing services and utilities

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
