Mowing Services for Multiple Locations In Eastern Oklahoma

Vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, specialized equipment, material, supplies, supervision, and transportation to perform lawn and landscape maintenance services.Grass will be cut to a height of 2-1/2 inches, using vendor supplied tractor mounted rotary equipment with guards to protect against throwing objects. All areas around trees, shrubs, planting beds, buildings, posts, fences, flower beds, sidewalks, parking areas, and curbs will be edged with lawn trimmers after each mowing. Planting beds shall be kept free of leaves, clippings, fallen tree limbs, trash, and any other debris. All shrubs and bushes shall be kept trimmed to allow for an unobstructed view of security cameras. All trees will need dead limbs removed and lower limbs kept trimmed up shall be removed from all equipment parking areas, planting beds, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots after each mowing with hand blowers, brooms, or suitable equipment.
