Parking Services at Carter-Finley Stadium

NC State University Athletics Department (hereafter referred to as University or NC State Athletics) seeks proposals from qualified suppliers (hereafter referred to as Contractor) to provide parking management and control services for NC State football games and other events held at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Athletics Department requires an experienced Contractor to provide parking services at Carter-Finley Stadium for approximately seven (7) NC State home football games and various other contracted events as scheduled per year. The Contractor’s relationship to the University is that of an independent contractor. Any resulting contract shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning on or about July 1, 2023. At the University's option and under the same terms and conditions contained herein, the contract period may be extended for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total contract period of five (5) years. Attempts to obtain information directly from university personnel, or by any other means, may subject your proposal response to rejection. The University reserves the right to accept any such alterations, including any price adjustments occasioned thereby, or to cancel the contract. Questions concerning the RFP requirements must be submitted in writing via email to Questions, no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, April 14th, 2023.
