The work is estimated to cost between $3,400,000 and $5,200,000 and shall be completed in 160 working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A or C-34 contractor's license. Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Ms. Katrine Usi at KUsi@pw.lacounty.gov. Prebid questions will not be accepted after 5 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2022. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond payable to County of Los Angeles in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the bid to guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if it is so awarded. The successful bidder will be required to submit a faithful performance bond, payment bond, and liability and workers' compensation insurance with the contract.
