The project consists of the construction of the site landscaping package associated with a parking lot project under separate contract. Work elements include, but are not limited to placing topsoil, fine grading and installation of the shrubs, ornamental grass, and trees around the perimeter of the site and within the landscaping islands. Functional landscaping includes placing topsoil, fine grading and all permanent seeding within the swales and around the perimeter of the project.
