| Description | The intent of the Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing information for the supply and delivery of anti-freeze, oils and lubricants to the City of Bridgeports on an as needed basis for the years of 2022-2023 and to establish a list from bids received of providers from which the City of Bridgeport can contract as needed. The City further reserves the right to renew this Contract for the next two consecutive fiscal years ending June 30, 2024.All anti-freeze, oils and lubricants must be of premium grade, fresh stock and must meet or exceed the specifications as indicated on attached Terms, Specification and Compliance and Price List sheets. Re-processed or re-fined products will not be accepted. Bidders are encouraged to make note in tab provided the brand for which they are quoting. |
