Description

To obtain professional service to provide a complete design package for renovation and modest expansion of the Mac Lab at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM). The intent of this project is to construct a 4,692 GSF addition to the existing artifact storage room and renovate the existing rooms of total 14,566 GSF in Mac Laboratory at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) located in 10515 Mackall Road, St. Leonard, MD 20685. The total estimated cost of this project program is $10.2 million.
