Tusquitee Ranger District Office - Gutter and Fascia Repair/Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK: This project consists of replacing the fascia & gutter system of the Tusquitee ranger district office building, painting the building exterior (excluding the brick), and performing very minor repair and/or replacement of some siding/window trim. This project also consists of options to replace the fascia on the rear and gable ends of the pole shed, perform very minor repair and/or replacement of some siding/window trim, and painting the exterior of the pole shed. See J1 attachment for additinal information. PROJECT LOCATION: Tusquitee Ranger District 123 Woodland Drive Murphy NC 28906 SITE VISIT: Monday, August 28th 2023 @ 0930 TSQ Ranger District, 123 Woodland Drive, Murphy, NC, 28906 Note: Attendees should park in front of the office visitor parking lot. RFI's are due August 31, 2023 NLT 1400 Magnitude of Construction Project: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between$25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
