Cherokee HVAC Replacement

Removing/disposing of existing and supplying/installying a new HVAC unit at the Cherokee County Health Department. 1. Representative manufacturers/models are listed, but SCDHEC will consider equivalent models. Your offer must state the manufacturer/model being offered and include manufacturer’s latest literature. A request for substitiution must be submitted before bidding. 2. Contractor shall remove and dispose of (1) existing condensor and (2) existing coils at the location. 3. Contractor shall replace units with Coleman 7.5-ton condenser model # YH-07C00ATAAA5 and two new evaporator coils model # CM48CBCA1 or approved equal. 4. Contractor shall purge and pressure test existing line sets for reuse. 5. Contractor shall transition back to existing ductwork. 6. Contractor shall transition back to exissting drain lines. 7. Contractor shall install new thermostat with unit. 8. Installation will be coordinated around Cherokee County Health Department Operation hours. 9. Contractor shall provide a minimum 1-year installation/workmanship and a 5 year compressor warranty.
