Building V Addition and Renovation - St. Augustine Campus

The project's primary scope of work includes a 5,685 gsf addition to the St. Augustine Campus existing Building V, a 7,510 gsf/6880 nsf Student Activity Center. A generous 270 days for contract time is scheduled for completion within one/single phase. Base Bid-Addition: generally includes site work (building prep/misc demolition, relocated potable water), minor renovation work (new access openings, new wall, and replace carpet two rooms with LVT), and the addition/new construction consisting of: steel beams/joists/deck, supported on architectural (CMU with moisture barrier stucco exterior) and interior column; concrete slab; barreltile on sloped roof over main floor area; modified bitumen on low roof section; stud gyp bd walls; storefront wall and entry systems, wood doors, and steel doors, and hardware incl access control; misc cabinetry; HVAC equipment installation (owner furnished) and associated duct work; and Electrical (lighting systems/equipment/security/FA). Bid Alternate 1-Flooring and Painting (renovation within the existing building), scope includes new LVT in most of the spaces and misc Carpet, as well as Painting (along w/ associated demo). Bid Alternate 2-Ceiling Work with associated Painting (renovation within the existing building), scope includes miscellaneous ceiling grid adjustment with above grid painting at those locations. Bid Alternate 3-Millwork (renovation within the existing building) includes display cabinets, counters, and enhancements for three column accents.
