Master Agreement for Water Distribution Construction Services, Lake Nona Boulevard Water Main Extension, Water Main Extension Boggy Creek North Phase 2A, and Neighborhood R and R Program Project Waterfront Estates Subdivision

To provide labor and equipment necessary to perform construction services for two water main projects, and a master agreement for future water main projects in accordance with the specifications This project contains four independent scopes of work and are described below: 1. Master Agreement for Water Distribution Construction Services – unit price contract for future water main replacement/rehabilitation or water main extension projects. It is the intention of OUC to select in the range of an estimated 3 to 5 firms for possible award of a Master Agreement under this RFP. OUC may then allocate work it determines to be in its best interest for each project. Some of the things OUC may typically consider when allocating work among multiple firms under a Master Agreement include, but are not limited to: equitable distribution, elements of a particular project aligned with unique or superior qualifications of a particular firm, competitive price/budgetary compliance, and/or availability and willingness to perform to schedule parameters of a particular project. 2. Lake Nona Boulevard Water Main Extension – furnish and install approximately 2,245 linear feet of 16-inch water main, 225 linear feet of 30-inch steel casing installed via jack and bore, valves, fire hydrants, water services, associated appurtenances, disinfection, testing, and site restoration for a complete and functional water main. This project is intended to serve as a project example to those of future projects awarded under the Master Agreement for Water Distribution Construction Services, however, OUC may decide to select a single firm to award this Project that is also selected for a Master Agreement. 3. Water Main Extension Boggy Creek North Phase 2A – furnish and install approximately 3,410 linear feet of 20-inch water main, 60 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 190 linear feet of 30-inch steel casing installed via jack and bore, valves, fire hydrants, install one new water service, associated appurtenances, disinfection, testing, and site restoration for a complete and functional water main. It is the intention of OUC to select a single firm to award this Project to that is also selected for a Master Agreement. 4. Waterfront Estates Subdivision Neighborhood R&R Program Project– furnish and install approximately 4,200 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main, approximately 5,360 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water main, removal of existing water mains, grout fill existing water mains, furnish and install fire hydrants, valves, water services, appurtenances, disinfection, testing, and site restoration for a complete and functional water distribution system
