General Overhead Door and Roll Up Door Repair

Repairs on the Roll up and overhead doors at its 31 facilities throughout the County. Twenty-five Richland County Fire and EMS Stations have overhead and roll-up bay doors that must be maintained and in working order at all times. These doors are considered a critical element to the operational functions of Richland County. The County is requesting an all-inclusive maintenance/ service proposal that include semi-annual inspections from companies that have industry expertise to service all (134) roll-up / overhead bay doors. Additionally, there are parking garage rollup gates at our Judicial Center (1) and the Administration Complex (2) that will also require maintenance/semi-annual inspection. Other Richland County facilities that require maintenance/semi-annual inspections on their rollup/overhead doors are; Township Auditorium (2), Decker Center (2), Public Works Roads & Drainage building (7), and the Richland County Central Garage (29).
