Tonopah Justice Court Remodel

Remodel to include minor demolition and reconfiguration of existing walls and spaces to create a more efficient and secure court administrative suite. Work consists of new floor coverings (LVT, carpet tile), rubber base, new metal-framed gypsum board walls;suspended acoustic panel ceilings;new doors including lites, frames, and hardware; ballistic resistant service counter, ballistic resistant doors, and ballistic resistant wall panels;painting; fire alarm and fire sprinkler upgrades;and associated mechanical and electrical upgrades and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
