Snowplowing and Snow Removal - Licht, Garrahy, Noel Judicial Complexes and Fogarty Judicial Anne

Answers to questions received, if any, will be posted on the internet as an Addendum to this bid solicitation. This solicitation is for snow plowing and snow removal services for the Licht, Garrahy, and Noel Judicial Complexes and the Fogarty Judicial Annex. The Administrative Office of State Courts (the "AOSC") reserves the right to award a contract pursuant to this RFP on the basis of cost alone, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to act in the best interest including, but not limited to, directly negotiating with any Vendor who submits a proposal in response to this RFP and to award a contract based upon the results of those negotiations alone. Proposals found to be technically or substantially nonresponsive at any point in the evaluation process will be rejected and not considered further. The AOSC may, at the AOSC's sole option, elect to require presentations(s) by bidders in consideration for an award.
