Dixie Berryhill Water and Sewer Projects - City of Charlotte

Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. In 2003, City Council adopted the Dixie Berryhill Strategic Plan, a detailed economic development, land use, and design plan for the area west of CLT Airport (between the Catawba River and I-485) to encourage "high quality mixeduse development" and support transit. Charlotte Water's Dixie Berryhill projects include various water and sewer pipeline and pump station projects, all in support of additional development expected in the area over the next 20 to 30 years. As of July 05, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
